We have filed the paperwork to become a nonprofit corporation with the state of Utah and are in the process of submitting our tax-exemption application to the IRS. You can make donations, however, they will not be tax deductible until our tax-exempt status has been approved by the IRS, which we are anticipating by the end of 2023. Once IRS approval is obtained, our tax-exempt status should be retroactive and your contribution should be eligible for a charitable tax deduction. Consult your personal tax advisor for more details.
